The group includes several IT companies. The backbone of these operations is NEECO ICT – a global provider of ICT services to telco companies and multinational corporations.
REAL ESTATE
The group operates several commercial real estate projects in the Czech Republic and other parts of the world. Some projects offer participation of individual investors through the purchase of investment apartments, consolidated under the neecopolis.cz site. Through www.moovido.cz, we are also running our own platform for real estate sales and rental without unnecessary broker fees
HOSPITALITY
Neeco operates multiple vacation resorts in Czech, Sri Lanka, and Bali. A key and much favored location, is in Krkonose, where we are constantly developing one of the largest resorts in the region, under the brand Aurum. The latest addition is an extensive resort being built in eastern Bali under the brand Neano, initial phase is operated under

RETAIL
The group is looking for new sustainable models for retail space. For example, CVRK offers exclusive retail space to small jewelry and apparel manufacturers. Café Maluj offers creative courses right on the high street.
HUMAN RESOURCES
People are a central focus in all the companies that we run. In some cases, we extended the care of our own needs into commercially successful projects. One of the solutions is operated under the brand benefitka.com, the first truly universal lunch and leisure time vouchers card available on the Czech market.
IOT AND ENTERPRISE MOBILITY
Neeco group assists enterprise clients in the planning, delivery, integration and support of IoT solutions across the globe, focusing on medium to large-sized projects. We have introduced multiple innovative products around IoT and mobility markets, such as Neeco Universal Tracking System (NUTS)
